When placing your room reservation we will take the rental fee over the phone with a debit or credit card, This fee is non refundable. If you do decide to change the date or time of your reservation you may do so with an eight days notice at no additional cost. If you want to change the date or time of your reservation within 7 days of the party then there will be an additional fee at the rate of 50% of the cost of your original reservation total price.
